Q - I only need a few lengths - can you help?
A - Unfortunately we are not able to split packs and we have a minimum order of approx. £100

Q - Can you send me samples?
A - Yes, by all means. Please provide your full postal address! They are normally 2-300mm long for ease of posting

Q - Can you offer discounts on prices shown?
A - Prices shown are "small order" prices and we can look at discounting larger orders, e.g. 10 packs. We can sometimes offer a production run which will allow significant discounting. Please phone us for more details

Q - Can I pay by Credit/Debit Card
A - Yes, we can accept all card payments except American Express, over the phone

Q - Can you supply colours or lengths not listed?
A - Generally yes, from a production run of any of the profiles shown, to your specific requirements but subject to Minimum Orders of 500m+

Q - Can I collect stock from you?
A - We do not operate a Trade Counter as we are geared to industrial supply via Parcel and Pallet Carriers

Q - Do you operate Credit Accounts?
A - Yes, subject to normal checks. Please ask us for an Application Form

Q - Is there a cut off time for Next Day delivery?
A - Yes, as we have to book the delivery with our carrier. Generally, we need your order by around 14:00
